When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Once your package leaves our facility, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
Are Dr. Brandt products tested on animals?
No, Dr. Brandt Skincare is a cruelty-free brand. We do not conduct animal testing on our products or ingredients, nor do we ask others to test on our behalf.
How can I determine which products are right for my skin type?
We recommend taking our online Skin Quiz or consulting the 'Skin Concern' filter on our shop page to find formulas specifically tailored to your needs, whether it be anti-aging, hydration, or brightening.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States and select international territories. Please check our shipping policy page for a full list of supported countries and applicable customs fees.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders immediately. As a result, we are unable to cancel or modify an order once it has been confirmed. Please refer to our returns process if you need to send an item back.
